Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited and can result in eviction: NO street parking, NO glass bottles, NO repair of vehicles, NO washing vehicles, NO a/c units, NO outside appliances, NO storage sheds unless approved by manager, NO fireworks, NO subletting, subleasing, or renting of homes is allowed. NO excessive noise from pets, tv's, or radios.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
Guest Restrictions
Tenants should make their guests aware of all rules and regulations. Tenants are responsible the actions of their guests. Guests may stay consecutively for 7 days. Any guests who exceed consecutively 7 days or 30 in a calendar year shall apply for residency with Horseshoe Bend or is subject to rent charges.
General Safety Disclaimer
Horseshoe Bend RV park is not responsible for any loss from theft, fire utility failure, improper connections, falling limbs, or any other acts of nature.
Swimming Advisory
Horseshoe Bend is not responsible for accidents of any kind. There are no lifeguards or designated beach areas on the river. Please use caution.
Fence Restrictions
No fence may be erected without prior written approval.
Pet Restrictions
Leashed or contained pets are welcome but must be cleaned up after and attended to at all times.
Vehicle Restrictions
1 vehicle max per site. Additional parking is available $20 month. All vehicles must be parked in approved areas only.
Fire Restrictions
Campfires are allowed in designated areas only.
Child Restrictions
Children under 17 must always be accompanied by an adult/guardian 18 years of age or older.
Fishing and Hunting Restrictions
All fishing and hunting licenses are required.
Speed Limit
Speed limit of 5 mph or less while on the property.
